Once you submit an order to Printfac3, it is considered a purchase. Once the status of an order is in “print” stage, it cannot be cancelled or changed. To know the status of your order, go to the Track Order page.

We only offer a full refund or will reprint your order according to the Terms Of Use of our Product Refunds/Reimbursement Policy (Clause #9).

 

For cancelled orders (with status ‘New’ in Track Order page), we refund payments by issuing eVouchers via email. These eVouchers may have a validity/expiration date. You may use your eVoucher to place a new order on our website. Once you receive or use your eVoucher, you can view its status/history in My Account > My eVoucher.

An electronic voucher (eVoucher) is what we use to refund payments (partial or full) for a cancelled order. (See ‘What’s your refund policy?’ question)

Technically however, an eVoucher is just an alpha-numeric code that when activated enables you to enjoy a rebate with your purchase. The amount of the rebate is equivalent to the same amount of the refund.

Auto File Checking automatically detects any problem with the artwork uploaded such as corrupted files, missing font, distorted font, low resolution, layering and the use of pantone.
